Great IT company with a Multibillion Dollar business specialising in computer hardware solutions. Their products are worlds best sellers. They are We are currently looking for German speakers for the exciting position of Technical Support position based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound customer calls
Log and validate customer details and other information to the relevant systems
Correct and quick responsiveness within the agreed timeframe without compromising quality
Routing case & liaise with appropriate department to ensure correct solution.
Maintaining quality service standards.
Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Hardware and servers, Networking / Active Directory / Exchange Servers
Keep customer satisfaction as high as possible
Keeping manager informed about the progress of a case

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate has previous experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent telephone communication

Skills.

Fluent German written and spoken
Very good English
Multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability and willingness to work in a team
Able to work effectively under time pressure
Call centre experience an advantage

Salary: 1000-1400 Euro pm
