Market Development Officer
Qualification & Experience: masters degree in agriculture or Bachelors in Agriculture with 3-4 years experience
Create awareness of modern crop production technology with farmers and key landlords
Conduct meetings with farmers to demonstrate new products, collect soil samples for analysis for recommended fertilizers.
Facilitate and support sales force to create PULL for the products and help the dealer network to liquidate client products for farmer consumption and induce trials of Company brands to convert and retain farmers.
Sales officer
Qualification & experience: preferably MBA or Agri Graduates with 2-3 years of experience
Develop and maintain dealer network and strategic placement of Company brands.
Achieve sales targets and close coordination with market Development officer’s for market Development activities.
Distribution & Merchandising Officer
Qualification & Experience: Preferably MBA or bachelors with 2-3 years of experience
Managing warehousing network, inventory planning and product placement.
Display of products and promotional material at dealer’s outlets and handling promotional activities.
Handle warehousing (includes renting warehouses, liaison with owners and handling of warehouse staff).
