Responsibilities:

Provide technology vision and architectural leadership for complex, cutting-edge Maritime applications
Work with clients on multi-million dollar projects related to the PLTS for ArcGIS Nautical Solution
Coordinate with project managers to deliver on-time requirements to customers
Mentor mid-level to entry-level programmers on process frameworks, quality assurance, and programming efficiency
Oversee all SDLC reviews including design and development details of COTS solution

Requirements:

Bachelor?s or master?s in computer science or related field, depending on position level
Three to five years of experience in GIS-related projects
Demonstrated mentor roles in a teamwork setting
Demonstrated leadership in software engineering projects
Strong understanding of programming concepts and methods

Qualifications:
Development experience in C++, C#/.NET, and COM
Experience with hydrographic data standards such as S-57
