Job Detail:
Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the field of Community Health
Meetings and visits with relevant and significant organizations & all stake holders including Government agencies( Ministry of Health & Population Welfare) in the field of Public health
To represent Care in all health and wash cluster meetings at Provincial & district levels
Close coordination with EDO(health) of all districts on regular basis for planning and reporting of Care activities
Ensure that partners also coordinate and inform the EDO of all health districts
Coordination with all vertical Program (AIDS, TB, Malaria etc ) at provincial & district level
IV. Qualifications (Know How)
A) Education/Training Required:
Masters in public health fields or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
B) Experience: Required:
2-3 years experience in NGO working in a similar position.
Practical knowledge of emergency response
Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation education activities
Desired:
Clarity about reproductive health/nutrition issues in Pakistan
Understanding of health interventions during emergencies
C) Technical Skills Required:
Belief in the dignity and rights of all people and it is reflected in the life and work of the Professional
Ability to work independently
Firm belief in teamwork, gender equality, participatory approaches and sustainable development.
Skills on conceptual thinking and adequate articulation of programtic issues
Ability lead program design with thorough analysis of context and problems, identification of goals, objectives and activities and rationale/strategies of interventions
Strong skills in setting priorities: Is able to focus on important tasks, manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Has the capacity to adapt to a changing environment and work under tight deadlines.
Strong skills in Networking, building relationships and liaison with counterparts: Has represented program to the counterparts. Is able to coordinate with appropriate stakeholders.
Has received basic training on communication, report writing and has been involved in collecting program information.
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written;Strong skills in reporting can draft report in English, analyzing processes with respect to impact indicators, problems and solutions.
Knowledge of statistical software, MS Access, MS SQL server and other database management system;

V. Contacts/Key Relationships:
The Provincial Health Officer will have working relation with all members of the Sind team, SRH & Nutrition managers etc as well as implementaors in the field to develop adequate porgram dsigns.
VI. Working Conditions and Level of Work Required
The Community Health Manger is based in Sukker with frequent field travel to different districts of Sind.
